Libutti And Liscouski Direct The Nation's Infrastructure Protection

At the new Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Information Analysis and Infrastructure Protection (IAIP) is one of the five major directorates. IAIP, headed by General Frank Libutti, merges under one roof the capability to identify and assess current and future threats to the homeland, map those threats against the nation's vulnerabilities, issue timely warnings and take preventive and protective action. Robert Liscouski oversees the infrastructure protection arm of the directorate.
